OpenAI

Where we use OpenAI.

Three areas where OpenAI models create the most value in client projects.

Assistants and agents

For M365, CRM and ERP: assistants that answer requests, draft text and complete tasks in your systems.

Documents and data

Read, summarise and file contracts, invoices and emails in a structured way.

Integration via API

Build models directly into your applications and workflows, with clear rules for data and access.

How we work.

From the first idea to production.

  1. Define the use case

We check which task is worth it and what data it needs.

  2. Build a prototype

A prototype with real data shows early whether the approach holds.

  3. Put it into production

We connect the solution to your systems, set up access and train your team.

The model is only one part. The rest is integration.

Good results depend less on the model than on the data, the interfaces and the rules around it. That is where we work.

We are vendor-neutral. If another model fits a task better, we tell you.

Common questions.

With the API and with ChatGPT Business and Enterprise, OpenAI does not use your data for training by default. Personal ChatGPT accounts work differently. We check with you which offering fits your data protection requirements.

For general tasks, ChatGPT Business or Enterprise is often enough. As soon as AI needs to access your systems or automate workflows, a custom solution via the API pays off. We help you weigh it up.

Langdock offers models from OpenAI and other providers on one platform. For many teams that is the easiest way in. For deep integrations, we work directly with the OpenAI API.

Which task should AI take on?

Together we work out where OpenAI models add value for you and what it takes to run them.
